so i'm assuming that you are alluding to the fact that the police rammed the alledgedly "drunk" guy into your car?? thats why they would have to pay...?? otherwise, just call your insurance ppl. they are usually the ones who pay for dents and dings and the like. something like that happened to my car, went into HEB with a perfect ready to sell car. came out with a HUGH dent in my bumper...cant sell it now, very pissed off, you get the general idea...
