Dude... i remember doing a similar yet mroe hands-on version of that experiment. we were all told to bring in two parrishable food items and containers to put them in. i brought cheese and strawberries. we keep the things in the containers for weeks, and despite the warnings and commands not to open the containers, i opened mine beacuse how else would i know waht rotting cheese smelled like? well not only did i find out but everyone else in the class got a whiff too when one day i forgot to put the cap on and left it there over night. the entire room smelled of old cheese for a week.
