Migräne ga aru... damn

First of all, you need high quality meat. And very thick one, at least 2cm. If it aint thick, it will get very tough. Then, you also need a pan made of cast iron, no Teflon. Teflon is great for everything but a steak because it cant produce the necessary heat ( Read more... )
