So the hotel housekeeping life is not as thrilling as I hoped though it's also not as lame as I expected. It sucks that I have to work alone, but we get a 15 minute break at 10, lunch at 12 and a 10 minute break at 2, so the seclusion is bearable. The work is pretty mindless which makes the times pass since I don't really have to pay attention,

I definately feel the pains of working at 8am, that's the time I usually go into the bookstore. I've done retail for years, but working at a hotel is something I never imagined doing - it must be kinda neat. And I love Getty, they just make it all sorts of easy. Hope your summer is going well.

no, which is probably gross, but the sheets aren't visably dirty, so I try to convince myself it's fine. It's a pretty nice hotel, so I'd assume the guests aren't that...sketchy.

Or I'm screwed. We shall see.
