Oh thank God, I now have some much needed time off from work, and a good thing too because with only like 6 people working at a library it simply cannot hold its own.  Anyways enough about that shit, at work I was suddenly realizing that I have about 2 weeks left here until I move out and begin my new life in Mexico and I haven't done a whole lot

Hehe sure! I may have to make another one though, one cheesecake may not be enough to feed nine different people that want a slice.

If you are really able to make a cheesecake from scratch, count me in as uber-impressed. Now granted, this is coming from the girl that can't even make a grilled cheese without burning herself (it's a sad but true story), but damn! Raspberry cheesecake sounds delicious--and I don't even like cheesecake all that much!

Oh, you would've loved my cheesecake. That thing was devoured in a matter of 3 hours. Plus I gave a few slices to my friends and today they were raving about how good it was and that I should sell cheesecake. It's a damn good feeling I tell ya.
