today has been my day to catch up on all the post episode 104 fanfic out there. this story is beautiful, raven! it's putting back together the pieces of my broken heart.

Hey raven,

Just found this story, and blazed through all 5 chapters so far. I was a little tentative about giving it a go (is it too shameless to label myself a fanfic snob?), but I'm so happy I did! I'll take Silvia coming back to life any way I can, and a well-written fic is just the way to do it! I really like your characterization of Pepa so far - at turns frantic, then broken, then hopeful. And you touched on something I've always noticed about her - even though she's a kick-ass cop, and can come across as hard-as-nails, she's SOOO gentle w/ Silvia. I love that about her, and love that you've incorporated that into your story.

Oh, and one more thing? You've got DL treating Pepa exactly like I thought he would after this - like a daughter, like he knows he has to take care of his daughter's wife until she can do it herself (otherwise he'll have to face Silvia's wrath, LOL).

Lovin' it! Can't wait for more!

No worries! I don't consider my writing skills that great though other readers have tried to tell me otherwise. Mama says I'm my own worse critique. Thanks for much for reading and commenting!

And I ditto; I love that about Pepa too. Such a badass but put her in a room with Silvia and she'll be planning romantic picnics by the beach in the moonlight just for the redhead. Lol. Yeah, DL's interactions with Pepa help show that he's finally accepted her. Whether that's good or bad is up to Pepa since he now treats her like his own and will comfort and scold to his heart's content.

I agree with those who say you should send this to them. maybe give them some ideas. i know we shouldnt be mad at them if it was her decision to leave(which we really dont know for sure) but if they had writers like you, maybe marian would have stuck around. nice job...i hope to get caught up on your story today.
