I'll be in the hospital this Saturday, and hopefully, they can get rid of this godforsaken thing under my arm.

There's been a lump growing under my arm for the past few days or so, and it kind of looks like it might get bigger if something isn't done soon. It's also really, really painful. I've had to call in sick to work.
