Hokay, hokay. Today was Tuesday! That means, i have no classes! Since Mishka's classes were boring, she decided to skip em. (and i didn't even have to talk her into it! :D)Thus, with an afternoon of non-classes, and the desire to see a shitty movie- it was off to the Cinem-ahs.
Unfortunately, we got to Crown too late to see the session of 'John Tucker Must Die' (ahahha) so we settled for 'Step Up' (a.k.a Centre Stage or Save the Last Dance 2)
THE STORY!
Meet ghetto white boy Tyler, who has grown up in a foster home in the 'hood, yo', playing basketball and stealing cars with his african american 'brothers, yo'. He's totally hot cause he's from the 'wrong side of the tracks' zomg. So apparently that means he has to wear a lot of baseball caps and wifebeater singlets. It also means that he is seen almost exclusively with black people, who somehow dont take offence at the fact that there's some wigga bitch 'pimping out' with them 24/7.
So basically, he trashes some art school's auditorium (read: stage full of gay painted columns and vases) and gets sentanced, GASP, not to anything constructive, but to being stuck at the very school he trashed. ZOMG. Toki, the cycles of learnings is complete. Anyway, so he runs around there for a while then hooks up with Nora (gay name, scary faced bitch) as her practice dance partner.
Did i mention she has a scary face?!? So anyway, there's all this shit to do with black people dance remixes and songs, and faggy art students with nice blue eyes, and then like, trust, and some smooooching, etc.
End Movie. Wow. Fantastic. Oh, and the main guy who played Tyler? He looks like fucking JOHN CENA (WWE Wrestler)- he even acted the same way! "Yo shit, my nigger, i be black but i aint really yo, jeez dog, whatever aiight".

But really, i think the moral of this story is: Both ballet and ghetto dancing looks gay. Don't do it, kids.
