Star Wars 7 & The Great Fobbing Off

Went to the doctors to talk to him about my mental health, mood swings, lack of sleep, various thoughts and all that goes in between that - I walked out with a Patient Health Questionnaire on Depression.
I feel completely fobbed off. I will fill it in any way. At first I felt angery . . . now I feel depressed. Irony?

I'm let to believe that the questionnaire is standard practice(even if it sucks). I'd try not to take it personally

Yup, standard practice. I know it seems like you're being fobbed off, but I know that when I returned to my doctor with the completed questionnaire she did sit up and pay attention. I'm now sane, and dear Dr. Henkel deserves some of the credit for that.

Ask your doctor what counselling is available to you - I found counselling a very helpful experience.
