Need Help!

Does anyone know who the lady in the red dress in our Flyer WIP is?  We need her permission to use her image and she's just so perfect for it!

I think you actually need the photographers permission.

You may need to include a "Images courtsy of: name", or even to release the flyer with a CC license.

No no no, we always ask the photographers permission before anything else and I will always have more regard for the photographers creative rights than the models who choose to pose for them. However, its polite to ask the model as well, particularly if its promotional material. Plus, she gets free tickets.

Its one of the pictures our professional photographer took at the ball, they all are. It would be kind of lame to use one we just found on google XD
