Oooh... I was actually wondering myself what his name meant...

Know what the names of the other various Sanzos mean?

Oooh! Thank you, oh Cool One Who Knows Japanese!

I have this pic with quad-sanzo-delight: http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y142/hksherra/sanzosanzosanzo.jpg

Well... at least quad-monk delight.

I don't even know what the little demon sanzo's name is... If you can read that too, you're my hero!

I'll try to find something with Genjo Sanzo's name on it... *roots around*

Hahaha. ^^;; I'm not cool at all. I just have plenty of free time.

And thanks! That picture helped a lot!

So basically, a breakdown of each Sanzo's first name:

Goudai's name consists of strong/brave and inside. So I guess that'd translate to "inner strength," right?

Koumyou's was the easiest, made up of light/brilliance and bright. So basically, "bright light."

I have to run off to class now, but I should be back in two hours, and I'll pick up translating again. As for translating, I'll do my best; the writing is all so small and jumbled together that it's hard to make sense of it even with my glasses. You wouldn't have a larger version of this picture, would you? ^^;; *blind*
