Aa, I think it's just geled up. I mean, a wig? I don't think Ukoku/Nii would bother. Ok, I do think he would be that sort of person to actually care to wear one but... um, no. No wig.

I'm gonna go with the others on this one and say gel. Because if you look closely enough, you'll notice it's the same legnth, but just pushed back. I think the high neck on his lab cost just hides the back so we can't tell properly.

I agree with those who say it's gelled or maybe he just didn't brush it, still Ukoku looked pretty cool in the black sanzo robes. ^_^
