time for a MAJOR rant...
I'm serious, I am sooooooooo pissed off right now
A certain person has been promising to help me re-build my awning that got ripped off my house by the storm that hit right after memorial day......Memorial Day !!!!! a little more than three ..
count 'em 3 friggin months ago!!!
so finally, I get an email... be there on sunday between 10 and 11 -don't have a phone right now so email.. cool ...FINALLY going to get it done so I have some cover over the door again.
Well, I have to work an extra day..on a holiday weekend yet (my workplace knows not of holidays) so I email back - ok, that's cool, I have to work but I will leave early so I'm home in plenty of time...
so....of course...
We are Incredibly busy at work - a LOT of checks came in.. but instead of staying like they would have liked (and my paycheck would have liked it too)
I take off early so I can get home and be ready...so I only work 5 1/2 hours instead of the 8 (or 10) that I would have.
And I get home after feeding the car....and wait.....and wait...
and then....
wait some more... 10:30 comes and goes... ok, he did say between 10 and 11.....
11 comes and goes - no email message, no phone message.... Nothing !
By noon-thirty, I am starting to fume... by 1pm ..I am Past royally PISSED OFF... as far as I am concerned ..this person is no longer amongst those I will EVER trust again...
this person should truly hope that he ends up merely dead meat.....
Not only did he not show ..again...(and for the last time-no more "chances to make it up to me")
the son of a bitch cost me AT LEAST 3 HOURS OF OVERTIME PAY !!!!!
yeah, dead meat is only the beginning.......
right....rant over...
