Job Interview Follow Up

They're hoping I'll be starting some time next week as soon as the HR department wheels get rolling.
I'll be working as part of the web development team at a large educational institution (there's already about 17 people in the web department alone) doning mostly client side programming (JavaScript, CSS, HTML).
I didn't think that the interview had gone wonderfully but I didn't think that it had gone horribly either. But they said they felt they wanted someone young with a new perspective and I did certianly make it clear in the interview I would challenge they way things were traditionally done. I'm really excited because I got along with everyone in the interview and I think I will enjoy working for them, even if they described the work environment as a cave ;)
