Wow, I haven't been sledgehammered by a cold like this in a long time. Usually they creep up on me, make my nose run for a while, annoy me thoroughly and then go away. Hee. The benefit of being sick is that I'm justified in laying around watching all of those things all day. (But I really want to watch Jurassic Park now, and that's the one movie I don't have. Or Lord of the Rings. I wouldn't mind a 12-hour LotR marathon right about now...)

Yesterday I was achey and lightheaded with lots of congestion, but today I'm just a snot faucet and the all-over ache has gone mostly away. Never had/still don't have any sign of fever, and even when I was at my crappiest I still had the munchies, so I never lost my appetite. So all told, it's not that bad. I'll just keep feeding it juice, soup and bombs until it goes away. :)

Resting: check. I've got to get this one piece of homework done and then I'm back on the couch for an afternoon of vegging.
