When I realized I had ceased to find it disturbing that a book was attempting to have my arm off...

I kindly put all my "borrowed" books away and ran like hell screaming calmly returned to Ravenclaw proper.

Sometimes it just happens that a girl has to express her frustrations vocally to be free of them.

I find it to be unnecessary. You could have done such "vocal release of frustrations" outdoors, could you have not?

Yes. "Anger Management and a Brief History of Central African Cannibalism." It's right next to "Angel Dust Theories: Lifetime Companions and Illumination Charms." While the latter proves interesting, the former seemed to have escaped it's muzzle.
