The last time I bought some was at the Crescent City Farmer's Market about 2 weeks ago (the Saturday morning one in the CBD). They were looking a little worn out, so I don't know how long the season will last -- if it still is.

i don't know about fresh, but check central grocery for dried ones if need be. they have bushels of dried beans on the sales floor.
