transferring is pretty similar to the application process if I remember. You might have to do it.

Basically certify all your classes, send in your transcript, pay your fees. Usually they only except applications in the fall for transfers. Since you're already in the CSU system it might be different.

Transfer to SD!! jk lol

Ooh I've transferred before! (*0*)/ I wanted to go back home =____= The application process was just about the same, except I filled out a separate form specifically for transfer students. Hopefully your credits should all go over too, I went to two very different schools so not all of mine did. =,= But I'm sure it wouldn't be hard to find out which ones will match, and then you can go from there! Good luck!
