My bet would be that the people who buy charged items are a different market than you'd otherwise reach, and it might be worth experimenting with making a few in order to see if you can attract those folks. (People who like to charge their own are probably reasonably competent witches, and I'm betting that's a pretty niche market, regrettably.)
