The Court of appeals denied a stay. The new royalty rates go into effect sunday, with increased royalties retroactive till the beginning of 2006 and the payment due monday. So thats backpayment for the entire life of the station for us

Yes. Rather. There may be a last minute reprieve, but i'm waiting to have it confirmed by official news services. And even then it's not a promise more 'we'll hold fire whilst talks go on'.

I'm slightly embarassed to say I did lose some sleep over this last night. We fought so damned hard to get this set up, the new website is beginning to look nice... and bam. all wiped out by greed.
