You know that feeling of accomplishment? Like when you make something and you're all proud of it an all. Well, I just had that feeling. I've never been very much of a green thumb until recently. You might need to make some sun for you plants. I imagine your patio area not getting very much. My portch doesn't get too much sun either, so the ones that are closer to the driveway where there is more sun are thriving. I highly recommend the Earthbox garden troughs. They are made of win!

Mine is growing in size. But if it was all together would only be about 3 x 3 feet. Everything is planted in trough shaped planter boxes. Most of my herbs are in a 5 x 15" planter. Besides, aren't you looking into a new place? It might have room for one!

Funny you should mention that. We got the place! (Still have to sign the papers - so it's not completely a go yet) So yea! I'll have a backyard!!! And I can use planters and grow things! I'm sooooo excited!
