Even if you don't have time for sports, there are some easy to adapt methods to loose a bit of weight.

For example: I usually water down any soft drinks with sugar in them. You still have the taste but only half the calories (or even less, depends on how much you water it down).

Last time I checked joghurts there's any incredible difference in how much calories they contain. Activia for example has tons of calories and is smaller than most of the other joghurts with the same calorie count. So if you choose another brand you can have more for the same calories!

That way if you can reduce your normal intake by 100 calories a day, you should already see results within a month.

Small steps also take you there, it only takes a bit longer.

Oh, the tip about waterin down softdrinks is great! Never thought of that before! Thank you! :D
You're right, little things can also make a difference. I think I'll take a closer look at my eating habits... though that'll be no fun! ^^;
