this is old hat. atleast to me. but then again, my friend brian's mother is an absolute health freak. and ever since i lived with him for a year, he told me all the horrors of the health industry.

have you ever wondered why corn is added into just about every food we eat? it's really starting to creep me out.

I've always thought the food pyramid and before that the four food groups were all a load of crap. Remember the four food groups? Vegetables and fruit were one group, and you needed like four servings a day.
I still get annoyed with all this stuff though... Why is eating healthy so complicated. I seriously am to the point where I don't even know what is healthy anymore, and who can you trust, everyone is trying to sell their own plans, which all claim to be healthy and can be widely different. Ugh...
