My hubby just told me that his company is thinking of reassigning people to where they are needed most. Since Tech Support bites right now.... he is suddenly sorry he knows so much about the product. To go back to that dept. from QA.....I think need a job.

And they fuck up a lot. Any time they touch the VPN client on anyone's machine, we have to uninstall it and reinstall it because they fucked it up.
