such a neat technique. i know of several folks who have gotten away with it, because they aren't defacing anything, they are, in fact, improving what they are working on, selectively.
Yeah I think he did something in a tunnel in Brazil, and the city it was in was very inflamed. They couldn't arrest him because it wasn't technically graffiti, so instead they cleaned the whole tunnel.
