I'm hurt and a little mad myself... mostly about the "fake friendships" comment. I also thought our friendship meant more than that. I thought it wasn't fake, anyway.

That's a term I've come to really hate. I mean, I try and be genuine. I care. I'm not putting on a show. There is nothing fake here.

Thing is, anyone can decide you're being fake, or being any number of things when you aren't, or aren't trying to be. I've had that happen often enough.
