wake up about 9-10 am,masturbate(or not),make coffee,eat organic cereal or throw on clothes and walk across the street to get a toasted sesame bagel with lox cream cheese,spinach,tomato,onion.Eat while watching the Ellen Degeneres show.Attempt to do yoga afterwards(1 and 1//2 hr),water plants,burn incense,clean up the apartment...what I do the rest of the day depends on what is going on..

i believe it was Branston pickle chutney(on sandwhichs)-delicious! and of course i cannot get any here where i lived..i've looked in all the speciality shops and asked & they've looked at me like i was nutters.I miss it though:P
