Look at the top right corner of the page.."sponsored by the Building Democracy Inititative". that leads you to this link: http://www.newcomm.org/bdi/ and these bastards are who Sprite was ( Read more... )

The more I think about it,I believe it to be a tracking device of sorts to try to fuck with ppl's computers.Most of the ARA here in Chicago are hackers on some level.I would not be surprised but I will be calling them today(not from my home or cell phone),lol.

As I understand it, the site Albin posted is a spoof site of the real one. Don't know why they left that link in though.
