Don't be sorry, she is. First, there's the cynical "wait, he's over 100 years old and a babe and he's a virgin?" thing. Then there is the "sex causes passing out and her little Mary Sue to wake up battered and with broken bones" thing. Oh, and the C-section from hell where her glitter vampire uses his damn teeth to cut her open after the baby has crushed her pelvis and spine ( ... )
