I seem to have stumbled upon your site in some mysterious round-about LJ way -- two or three steps of checking out friends of friends -- so perhaps some introduction is called-for ( ... )

I shall endeavor not to prove an axe murder. I got out of the habit of posting to my own journal years ago -- long story -- and now have the same out-of-practice timidity about it I get when I haven't driven on the freeway for a while. So while I'm mostly a lurker, I'm a benign one -- promise!

But buying my first house last summer has inspired a great hunger for gardening forums. Your comments are always full of good information and delightful demeanor. So I come seeking to learn more. Thanks for adding me.
