I have only sympathy for you. This is a terribly rough time of learning for him, and it must be incredibly frustrating.

All I can say is that you are once again doing the absolutely right thing, and that I'm sure the other patrons around you were very appreciative that you put their nice dinners before staying through the tantrum. Not that I'd ever expect otherwise from you guys, you rock way too much. Just saying, once again, ya'll are rocking it.

From my perception and experience, you two do an excellent job of handling the situation and I was very impressed. I know that it is a difficult time, but I know that if/when I am in a similar situation I would be looking to emulate your actions and your successes.
