An interesting analysis.

I agree universal housing/ healthcare/ education/ income etc would help the situation but I still think getting rid of the guns all together is the best thing.

Admittedly, I have never heard of the community gun until I read this! Kind of a frightening idea, if you ask me.

I actually have heard of the community gun concept, though not this particular name for it. It's disturbing-- making a poorly controlled situatino so much worse.
