My oldest went back to school yesterday. Yay! His friends were driving me crazy all summer. When you have up to five eight- and nine-year old boys coming over at all hours in your house that are not yours... you get the picture. My dear husband found "the book" at the local drugstore. Now he's holding it hostage. "Do some housework!" Like I don't work all day taking care of his kids. I mowed the lawn yesterday, pruned what I could reach of the half-dead tree branches the day before, he can give me the damn book.

Walked into the post office today and... nothing. Either my husband picked it up on the way to work, or it didn't come.
Checked Amazon.ca. Says "shipping soon". "Delivery estimate: July 25-27." Bastards. Just because they couldn't guarantee a Saturday delivery... Come on guys, YOU GOT IT TO ME THE SAME DAY LAST TIME, WHAT"S THE DEAL THIS TIME?
