No, I read up on it, it's about a DJ who was born with some sort of inner ear problem...anywho, he did lots of cool stuff musically, and his close proximity to the speakers only aided in his going deaf...but he bounces back, learning other ways to feel the music...

It's supposed to be a "mockumentary" a la "Spinal Tap"...
