Notice of Resignation

After close to 3.5 years of my professional life, I did it at last - for the first time..
I sent out the notice of my resignation today !! 
Feeling weird..

Its definitely sad to be leaving this firm but sometimes under the given circumstances - change is inevitable.
Will see what life has in store for me..

In the transition phase u will hear 2 things, get used it,

Putting papers is just job quarter done, all the paper work in the last 2 days is yet to come, u will be having few papers in hand trying to find people who mattered r on vacation or in a meeting or on a very long coffee break :P

But I think the exit procedure is a little better here..
I saw that its just one form & you handover all the stuff to the HR & he/she signs it at the end of it.. And thats it..

You talk about sense of belonging, i tell you dont be surprised others start treating you like a traitor!! This is what i had seen in my last company when others were quitting. Thank god, when i quit there was nobody left to treat me like that :P

I think that would have been the case if the company is at the verge of closing down.
In my case - the company is stable(so far) and I am finishing the tasks in my platter before I leave.. So, it wont be so harsh I guess ;)

Plus, "What other people think of me is none of my business".. Lol.. :)
