I went perusin' through my old black notebook. It's almost filled up now, but since October I have switched to a green notebook for journaling. the most important relationship is that which you have with yourself. there is no other character that will absolutely no question be there for the entirety of your life. i'm going to start doing free meditation through USC (holla) you should too! i think it's gonna be good for post-spring break diana.

send an email to meditate@usc.edu saying you want to start. basically there's a person who meets with you for three consecutive days and helps you meditate, and then they have meditation every morning from 8.30 - 9.30. just email and say youre interested and they'll fill you in.
