A brief history behind keyboards. The french language probably has a greater use for the Q key then we do (hence its suplance of the letter A). Just because something across the globe in FRANCE of all places is different -- doesn't nessecairly make it wrong, its just another french oddity. Belgium keyboards are very similar as well.
lol. you missunderstood...it was a saying in the airforce. if you could hear me say it, it just kinda means wierd. i figured it was cause of the differences in thier language. this was at an internet cafe, and it was a chore to check e-mail.
lol! well, parts of it do stink. it's just more the cyper-punk-ness of it all. london's just seems so much more...i dunno, star-treky? not really, it just cleaner, and prettyier, and more clever. somehow. you should come and do both cities so that you know what i mean ;)
