Here's the deal. I bought some shirts from jcpenny and it a polyester / cotton blend, I believe. Well it's itchy. I plan to wash it a few times to try to get the itch out but with the possibility that it won't, i'm thinking of giving it to a charity of some sort. but is it alright to give an itchy shirt to, say, a homeless person? A clean, new, and slightly itchy shirt is alot better than no shirt. I have a bag of clothes and other things I need to drop off, if you decide to donate it, let me know.
