Your welcome love, I do only what I can. It's great to hear from you. Of course I'll put in a word with the Great I Am, upstairs. This seems awfully serious, so I'm gonna go ahead and tell some of my friends to pray for her and your family too.
Ok I swear you posted a reply to a post of mine, or maybe a comment of mine asking my beliefs, but I can't find it now! Oh well I'll use this entry to respond. A lot of what I have is in my latest post in my own journal but I'll write more here. I fundamentally disagree with the Jews, I believe that Abraham did not encounter God, and therefore all religions that follow the God of Abraham,(the jews, christians, and muslims) are incorrect in faith. I believe that a higher power is possible, if not probable, but if there was not I wouldn't be too suprised. I am in a constant state of education, where the core of my beliefs are that the truth will be revealed to me through experience and my own searching. I respect anyone elses beliefs and leave at least a little possibility of them being right, because I also rely on the fact that in learning through experience I can be, and am, wrong in things. Some people have told me that the way that I think or act in the world of spirituality is very simular to Eastern Religions, but I've

You can hate Switchfoot, that's cool, they just happen to be part of my "I like Christian Rock" kick that I'm on. While I don't agree with you (being a Christian and all), you are one of the few people that has earned my respect on this matter. Too many people go to church because they have to, too many people believe only as they are told. It took me 18 years to finally recieve Christ, through many trials and tribulations, and many many changes of heart and faith. Because of that I completely understand your desire/need to come about your own system of beliefs. While part of me hopes that you will one day come to accept Christ, you are, as far as I'm concerned years ahead of most of the Christians in the world already. And yea, one's faith SHOULD change constantly, because yea, we are wrong frequently. Blind faith is not really faith at all, it is just being blind. Matt you rock, you're just racking up the respect points, way to go!
