So. There was this plug, plugged into a power supply on the floor, and i had to unplug it. i leaned down and, balancing myself on my right hand, reached for the plug with my left. Used the thumb and forefinger to grasp the plug, and pressed against the power supply with the other fingers to release the plug. No wait ouch ouch ouch PAIN PAIN

Thank you!! That's what my friend told me the judge said. i'm practicing a new technique with that one, in an attempt to reduce banding when i do a gradiation.

i'm juggling a few things at home right now, including some tight day job deadlines, so my challenge is to carve out time to make more art. i have more direction right now, just have to get GOING. :-D

Very cool! Congratulations on the win. Hope your finger feels better. Also, yay for bulbs. Our walk in front of the house looks kind of lop-sided as I only got one side planted before the foul weather set in. I'll plant the other side this fall. (Not that I even want to contemplate fall just yet!)

Muchas thankies! i love bulbs, i'm not much of a gardener, so bulbs are a good thing for me. Sheesh, i'll be happy if i can just keep the weeds under control this year!

i'd love to plant a couple of things, like a small Japanese Maple (the tiny frilly ones), and a Japanese Cherry tree, and train it like a large bonsai. But, that'll have to wait, maybe til next year.
