Just so it doesn't sound hokey, what sort of thing is this? Should I say "Hi, I heard about your contest on the radio, and I think #3 is the worst, it doesn't even have doors"? Did I hear about it on the internet, word of mouth, etc.? What's the name of the contest?

I'd feel weird just saying "Hi, #3 sucks, thanks!"

Honestly, just say "Wow, the pics of #3 are terrible! Give those poor folks a kitchen makeover!"
or something to that matter.

Er, some of those kitchens look fine to me (like #5 for instance).

When do they find out they get the makeover or not? You'll have to keep us posted.
