Honestly...i've just been eating way healthier. Not even uber healthy, just healthier...haha. But Ive got to switch to uber healthy soon cause i'll probably start slowing down anytime soon. And Ive gotta start adding in some exercise.
you lost that much weight and not even exercised! you are my idol! haha but really. congrats! i've been trying to keep track of my food but i always am so bad at night time!
Haha...well thanks. But I've got more weight to lose in total than you Im pretty sure..so a slight change in diet like that makes all the difference for me. hehe...
