I think Issue 1 is for all of Ohio, not just Athens. Isn't it the proposed ammendent to the state constitution defining marriage as only being between a man and a woman, they wouldn't recognize homosexual marriages performed in other states? I voted against that on my absentee ballot the other day, but I sadly don't have much hope for it getting turned down.
