Okay, first of all, you moved? Second of all, lol, I know how you feel..you should of seen me struggle with the suckers from Bell to get my internet back b/c our old modem was fucked up. They kept on asking me to do unnecessary things, fucking 'tards took forever (constantly putting me through to other people) to find out it was my modem. It's too old and I needed to change it *rolls eyes*. Then it took weeks of harassment to get a new one! Bell is incompetent!
