PICKLED

I know I like some disgusting food, like corned beef, saurkraut and jalapeno stuffed green olives to name a few. But one thing that I cannot eat is pickled sausage. Meat should not be pickled! A couple years ago I accidentally bought a pickled sausage thinking it was a regular sausage, I took one bit into the soft, mushy sausage and almost puked

Silly boy.... that's why you should just be normal like me and don't eat "weird foods"..... you can never go wrong with chicken.

I actually like pickled sausage, but it'll cause you to fart something massive, so I don't eat it much at all. I have to admit it seems pretty unusual though. I think it dates back to a time when food preservation techniques were less refined, and taste was less of a concern than outright death.

WEll apparently it does sell, but I'm not buying it. Maybe you are supporting the pickled sausage industry with your ever so often consuming of one.

Ew. Who pickles sausage? or eggs for that matter? There are very few things that are good when pickled and sausage definitely isn't one of them.

Pickles aren't pickled. Pickles are cucumbers that have been pickled. So... cucumbers are good pickled. Pickles that have been pickled probably wouldn't be all that good. O_o
