This is so beautifully written, and so, so sad. I love how you've woven in bits of Marauderness (if that's a word!) in with Remus' desolation. Just lovely.

Shouting, “Hey, sometimes I fuck him,” down the stairs in answer to his, “Are you fucking serious?!” wasn’t the most tactful thing you’ve ever done.

THIS. IS AWESOME.

The rest of it is brilliant too, and made me cry.
But dead serious (pun not intended), that is the most original "James finds out" story I've seen in this fandom yet. Awesome.

Oh my *heart shatters a little* this is just beautifully sad!! Poor Remus, I just want to hold him and tell him everything's going to be allright :( which it won't xD

This was very well written, a brilliant characterisation of Remus :). You got his reserved-ness down to a tee (his acceptance of marrying Tonks was spot-on) but also his marauder-ness too! I especially liked him dropping the f-bomb all the time, swearing!remus is a all-time fave of mine ;).

But really, a very very good first HP fic, you really seem to know the characters, even the minor ones like Tonks and poor Harry! I loved the summary, the "request of Mr Harry James Potter" thing. A great fic, I really enjoyed! (Even if it did make me terribly sad - a sign of a good fic :)). :D

Haha, sad fics are a favourite of mine. I prefer reading them than anything even remotely happy.

Beautiful carachter portrait and put down emotions. Like the small details of their lives and also loved the "Shouting, “Hey, sometimes I fuck him,” down the stairs in answer to his, “Are you fucking serious?!” wasn’t the most tactful thing you’ve ever done." part!
