Happened days before I arrived, 2 1/2 years ago. They said the building re-built itself the day after.

While I wasn't witness to it, yes. The magic here on the island is unbelievable potent.
I have, however, witnessed the entire town blinking out of existence in one night. That happened just last Fall, and they buildings didn't come back for a week.
