keep on truckin babe, I totally identify with you. Does it ever feel like you're just drifting through life, waiting to get back to Portland? I definately feel that way. I live in the same building as the only girl i've ever loved Ray, so I feel you on the hurting...the silence...the numbness. I feel you babe. I really identify with what you wrote.

There's never anything to say in this situation, except that even through the hurting and pain and stuff, you're still a good person, a girl I would be proud to list among my friends. And everything you're feeling is natural and good in a way - because it's real. The pain in our lives remind us of what matters - you hurt, and thus you see that you love Oregon, love your home, love your friends, love sex, love... i dunno... life!

Pain carries us to love, so just feel your way through this period, and don't try and force any good feelings. You're okay Ray, and I love you too.

Good lord that cartoon is absolutely priceless. I feel your pain my love. I wish we could trade places...put me in SoCal and you in Oregon. But then we'd never see eachother so that's a bad idea.
