Yesterday Miss Raya and I headed into town for a trip to the library and then to the park :-) Raya picked out a couple John Deere tractor books that Daddy has read to her, and she also picked out a Frosty the Snowman book that plays a very looooong version of the song every time the cover is opened. Dear Grandma and Grandpa Feldman,

I'm a big girl now and love to climb and play! Mama wishes I could play outside, but alas, I have very few outdoor toys! I love my water table, but I wish I had a swingset or fun thing to climb on. We spent the weekend at Lee's parents' house in IL, since Lee had a wedding for a frat brother that he wanted us to attend Saturday. Overall it was a pretty good time, although it's no fun living out of a suitcase with a baby and I wasn't feeling the greatest. Oh well!

Raya is very excited to announce that she’s going to be a BIG SISTER!!! We are officially letting the world know now that I am expecting baby #2. I had an ultrasound today and baby looks great and is measuring 12-13 weeks…for now they are calling me 13 weeks along and due on Jan. 6th! Miss Raya amazes me every day. She's learning so much so fast and I love it! Everyone loves a cuddly newborn, but I'll say again that when it's your own baby the newborn stage does get old after awhile...they just can't DO anything, and you can only admire their cuteness for so long :-) However, THIS age she's at now....it's golden. All the rest won't be ready for viewing for about another week, but the sneak peek can hold us all over :-) You can tell from the pics that Raya was not a happy baby outside in the heat, but really, I can't blame her....it was hot and sticky!!
