My CRTC class is totally kicking ass. Usually. I am learning about Voice over IP telecommunications which makes me want to go this way when I move and have to start all the bill nonsense all over again

Oh, I wouldn't called Roger's Home Phone VoIP at all! They have a service provider, they bought Sprint. I really really hate being with Roger's, and I hate almost everything about Roger's, which is why I can't wait to get out of this.
I tried commenting on this earlier, but the stupid browser got stupid. Anyway, here I go.
I have Roger's home phone and there is no box or anything like that. When Roger's purchased Sprint, they were allowed to go to certain areas and ask Bell customers if they wanted to switch over to their service. All I had to do was sign a piece of paper.
And Roger's may run through an Internet connection, but VoIP services are actually run though a PC. You wouldn't need one with Roger's.
Also, Roger's has physical telecommunication facilities whereas VoIP providers do not. They are called "Resellers" because they are run through existing technologies.
